Shane was very responsive from our first call. He did a great job bidding out the job, giving us different quotes based on the different materials we were considering (wood vs. maintenance free). Shane was communicative re: schedule and he and his team even ended up being available a little earlier than expected this spring to rebuild our deck The constant communication throughout the project made planning extremely easy. The end product looks great. The materials Shane recommended look as good if not even better than expected. The craftsmanship performed by Shane and his team appears to be top notch - even the inspector commented on the quality build. Working with Shane and Artisan Decks was a great experience.

Artisan Decks just finished building my deck and I cannot say enough good things about this experience! They were on-time, detailed, efficient, friendly, professional, craftsmen, cared about the customer, cared about their work, listened, seemed to love what they do, communicated clearly and consistently, responsive to questions/concerns, and overall were excited to be working on the project! The Artisan Deck team did a superlative job. Our very old deck was transformed from a rickety and less-than-functional structure to a well-designed, solid, low-maintenance outdoor living space.
